Been Rocking with these guys for over 25 years. They have serviced several of my cars and I have also recommend them to several friends that I like. They never disappoint on service, customer service and honesty. They have saved me money and made suggestion to save me even money. I used to live close to the Hanover Park location but still travel past other locations just to get my cars service there. Take it from me these guys ROCK!

In the automobile industry, I never had to look for a mechanic until recently. I was referred to suburban, and I could not be more impressed than I am from the time I walked into their clean office. They’re waiting room the people that talk to me, Matt and his assistant absolutely great and they have free Uber to take me back to my house and then it picked me up when it was done. Definitely definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get their car repaired by a trustworthy service center.

The guy I spoke with, Matt, hooked me up with a quick and affordable tow during a rainstorm when I got a flat. He saved me HOURS of my life and got me in and out of the store quickly. Very transparent about my options and pricing. They had a lot of bays and a lot of competent people working and this was one of the better stressful tire situations I have experienced in my years of getting flat tires.

I had my car towed here with roadside assistance as I have been a customer at the St. Charles location for twenty years with various cars. They didn't disappoint. They got the parts in for my repair and had it done the sane day. This is my go to shop when I don't go to the dealer. Thanks for always providing quality work and customer service 👏

I had such a great experience at Suburban Tire in Hanover Park. I came in because I thought my car needed a wheel alignment after getting new tires, and they took the time to carefully check everything on all four wheels. What really impressed me is their honesty—they showed me the full alignment printout, explained everything clearly, and let me know that my alignment was actually within spec. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and they didn’t charge me for the inspection. It’s not easy to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. The staff was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate their integrity and kindness. I highly recommend Suburban Tire to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.
